Senior business coach, strategic partner, NED and speaker.

Paul Vousden FCIPR works with founders, business owners, CEOs and senior leadership teams navigating growth, pressure, governance and complex commercial decisions.

Over the course of his career, Paul has created, built and sold successful businesses, advised companies through growth and transition, and supported boards and executive teams facing high-stakes choices.

His background combines business leadership, strategy, corporate communications and governance. As an FCIPR, he understands reputation, stakeholder confidence and how leadership decisions are interpreted by investors, clients, teams and the market more widely.

Paul also serves as a Non-Executive Director across several boards. His board work reflects the same qualities clients value in his coaching and advisory practice: independent judgement, strategic challenge, commercial realism and a focus on sustainable long-term value.

He has particular experience in clean and green tech businesses, both working alongside leadership teams and serving as a NED. He understands the pressures these businesses face as they sharpen their proposition, build investor confidence, strengthen governance and scale in a way that matches ambition with discipline.

Clients work with Paul because he is pragmatic rather than theoretical, supportive without being passive and focused on outcomes rather than theatre. He brings calm perspective, asks the right questions and helps leaders make better decisions when the issues are real.

If you’re facing a period of growth, pressure or change and want space to think things through, let’s talk.
